Built to Last: The Heirloom Scooter
Some toys are meant to be played with for a season. This is one you keep.

Built by Community Playthings, the renowned Rifton-based company with roots in the Bruderhof community, this rugged scooter is designed for years of active play-and plenty of hand-me-downs along the way.

With a heavy-duty one-inch steel frame, wide, stable tires, sealed ball bearings, and a durable slip-resistant footboard, this is no flimsy sidewalk scooter. The automotive-grade baked-on finish resists chips and dings, while the puncture-proof solid tires keep rolling without the worry of flats. It arrives fully assembled and is backed by a 10-year warranty. Weight limit is 100 lbs.

Designed for children ages 4-8 and built to withstand the enthusiastic play of childhood, this is the kind of scooter that can become part of the family story: from one child to the next-or from one generation to the next.

Because the best toys don't get outgrown-they get handed down.
